Job Description (JD):
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Microbiologist to join our environmental innovation team. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to restoring India’s waterbodies by applying microbiology in real-world, nature-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and optimization of microbial products for bioremediation.

Coordinate with the lab to test water samples before and after ecological interventions.

Document microbial activity and correlate it with changes in water quality metrics.

Assist the restoration team in implementing microbial solutions on field sites.

Participate in product trials, data recording, and evaluation processes.
Who Can Apply:

BSc or MSc in Microbiology or related life sciences fields.

0–4 years of lab or field experience.

Prior experience in microbial culture manufacturing is a plus.

Understanding of aquatic microbiology or water quality is an advantage.

Passionate about clean water, sustainability, and ecological restoration.

Willing to travel and engage in field-based projects when required.
