Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic individual to join our core team as a Sales & Founder’s Office Associate. This is a hybrid role that involves handling inbound/outbound sales calls, following up with potential leads, and supporting strategic tasks directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to potential leads and customers on phone and email to explain our products and solutions.
- Manage and update CRM records and lead sheets.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and proposals with clients.
- Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic tasks and project coordination.
- Support business development research and documentation.
- Be present at the Indore office and available for any field visits as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Based in Indore or willing to relocate.
- Graduate or postgraduate in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi.
- Confident on calls and able to manage B2B and institutional conversations.
- Organized, responsive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic Excel/CRM tools.
