Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic individual to join our core team as a Sales & Founder’s Office Associate. This is a hybrid role that involves handling inbound/outbound sales calls, following up with potential leads, and supporting strategic tasks directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to potential leads and customers on phone and email to explain our products and solutions.
  • Manage and update CRM records and lead sheets.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and proposals with clients.
  • Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic tasks and project coordination.
  • Support business development research and documentation.
  • Be present at the Indore office and available for any field visits as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Based in Indore or willing to relocate.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi.
  • Confident on calls and able to manage B2B and institutional conversations.
  • Organized, responsive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic Excel/CRM tools.
