For most setups, the powder is mixed into a bucket or drum of pond or tank water to create a slurry. The mixture is stirred thoroughly and allowed to activate for approximately 30 minutes.
The activated solution is then distributed evenly across the water surface or near aeration zones using simple mugs, buckets, or other basic equipment. For larger water bodies, suitable application methods can be selected based on site conditions.

For water body rejuvenation projects, we recommend dosing daily for consistent results, particularly where there is a continuous inflow of sewage, nutrients, or other pollutants. Missing a day or two occasionally will not stop the treatment from working, but regular dosing matters.
The bacteria do reproduce, but they need regular boosters because waste is continuously added to the system through inflow, runoff, fish feed, and organic debris. For smaller closed systems with a lighter organic load, maintenance doses may be applied less frequently.

Because the product is biological, it is highly forgiving and will not poison aquatic life the way a chemical overdose would.
However, adding an extreme excess can cause temporary cloudiness or a sharp dip in dissolved oxygen as a large population of bacteria wakes up and begins respiring. Always stay close to the recommended rates.
Yes. Bacteria are temperature-dependent.
They are most active in warm water, typically between 25°C and 35°C. They still function in colder water, but their metabolic and reproductive rates slow down significantly.
